Pride is all well and good but it is care that keeps our feet on the ground. Removal lorries are big. Some of the furniture that we move is heavy. Very heavy. Some of the ornaments and personal items that we move are delicate and have personal wealth beyond money. We care for our customers and their property as if it were our own.

Failing to prepare is preparing for failure. We scope out every job that we do, access and parking restrictions, permits, congestion charges, route planning. What items you have, and how to get them out. Sometimes we wonder how some items of furniture ever got into some properties – maybe the houses were built around them. We have not failed a customer yet. This is down to planning and attention to detail.
